Who provides the lock?
We at Help Storage will provide a Squire 4 Code Combination lock free of Charge, you are more than welcome to use your own lock or of course can change the code to your unique code.
How is our self Storage Unit's Constructed?
Self storage rooms are normally constructed from steel sheets. The roof is also covered in a mesh to allow light though. The steel construction helps to reduce the risk of damage to property from fire and reduces the risk of break-ins.
Are my goods insured?
Yes you must have insurance for the goods, which you store with us. This is chosen through the checkout process depending on the value of your goods.
Will you accept goods posted to me at your self storage centre?
Yes, we can offer this service and also delivery to your unit if required. Depends on the volume and the requirement there maybe a small charge for this service. We can also offer a fully tailed suite of services such as courier dispatch too. Please call for details
Is there a maximum or minimum storage period?
Yes, normally you are required to rent for a minimum period of seven days and unlimited length of stay.
